I am passionate about leadership and the importance and possibility of leadership development. Fueled by the belief that better leaders make for a better world. Together with my colleagues I have shaped a systemic model of leadership and organizational development. A method that connects the „inner and outer game“ to harvest personal-development, aimed at creating high-performance organizations. Impeccable Leadership aligns cognitive and somatic components to enhance embodiment and align the head, heart, and gut to move towards being-based leadership. As the chairman of the "Foundation for Impeccable Leadership," I am enjoying grasping the finesses of the principles, function, and meaning of leadership. One of my focus areas is how we are able develop inner ground to be able to harvest the wisdom of groups, to facilitate team- and organizational development.
