New times demand a new quality of leadership. Leadership that is based on inspiration, focus, and energy – for leaders themselves and for their organizations. Thus I step in with my clients in three core tasks: - Maintaining personal sovereignty in difficult leadership situations - When the alignment of strategy and organizational culture is at stake - Developing innovative, profound and transformational Leadership Development Programs Organisational change and personal mastery always go side by side. Hence I combine three fields: consulting and coaching; strategy development and cultural change; neuroscience, yoga and leadership. For 10 years I have been supporting Top Executives as a coach and sparring partner and organisations as change management strategist. Before that, I spent 20 years in international business consulting, most recently as a member of the Leadership Team Strategy Advisory, Capgemini. My experience covers innovation, growth and IT strategies; post-merger integration; reorganization and cost reduction; innovation process design. I received a PhD in economics, studying in Mainz, New York (Columbia University) and Rio de Janeiro. Alongside I gained experience in the production of animal films for the major German TV station ZDF.
