Reliability, confidence, fairness, respect and integrity are key requirements for good and successful collaboration. If one can add curiosity and some unconventionality, it creates a sounded mixture that changes the direction of thinking and causes change in a positive way. For me, it is important to help people and organizations in transformation & change processes finding solutions that fit for them. I was involved in shaping major transformations, reorganizations and realignments in the east-German energy industry and coordinated a merger of four energy companies to Vattenfall Europe AG in matters of human resources and labor law. Having been responsible for HR as a member of the board of Vattenfall Europe AG and MVV Energie AG, I deeply know about requirements for transformation processes from a decision maker perspective. I am also very familiar with the structures of international groups as well as regionally focused companies. Transformational processes are successful if people and company culture are understood and top-management authentically role models change. I am a passionate long-distance runner. For me it changes thinking.
