For me it’s all about awareness and focus. My personal mission is to enhance individual and collective awareness so as to produce tangible changes and results. I am passionate about Teams and the power of a clear Vision. For 20 years now I’ve worked as a facilitator with my own combination of Teambuilding, Strategic Visioning and Cultural Change approach for many different organisations all over the World. I was brought up and lived in 5 different languages, so I instinctively look for synergy opportunities amongst multi-cultural teams. My more recent passion is to train other facilitators to do this unique and powerful work. And then there’s this nagging question of “how can I contribute even more to a change of awareness on Earth?” that has led me to participate in sustainability think tanks. My strongest belief is that reality only changes when our awareness shifts.
